  • Cupcakes(basic)-8/tea cake-250gms
  • Milk-250ml
  • Dry fruits-Almonds,cashew nuts,Raisins (chopped) 5 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar-4 tbsp
  • Honey-2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
  • Pineapple syrup-2 tsp/essence-1 tbsp
  • Fresh fruits-Seedless grapes,banana, Apple,pomegranate-1/2 cup

Cake Pudding

This is my signature dish, I had a few left over cup cakes and was wondering how to finish them. I just added a few ingredients that we usually have at home to convert to a simple lip-smacking no cooking/baking dessert which is ready by following just 3 step – I have named it Cake Pudding. Go ahead and try this. It was yummy and delicious.


– Mix all these ingredients together & add it in a serving bowl.
– Leave it in freezer for 4-6 hours.
– Serve it cold as a dessert after your meal.
