Mint Coriander Chutney

  • 1/2 cups chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 Medium onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Grated Coconut
  • 1/8 tsp Sugar
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • Salt to taste

Mint – Coriander Chutney

A mint and coriander flavoured chutney along with Coconut is a nice change from the normal Coconut chutney. This hassle free chutney goes well with any south Indian breakfast recipes.

Method

– Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste in a blender using little water.
– Serve with Idly, Dosa Varieties, Masala Dosa, Uttappam or even Pongal, Vangibath and like.

Note:

You can add seasoning to the finished chutney before serving.
Season with Spluttering 1/2 Tsp Mustard in 1 Tsp heated oil along with few curry leaves and 1-2 Red dry chili.
