– In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients together except Curd/Yogurt.
– Cover and refrigerate till use.
– Just before serving add the curd/yogurt and mix well.
– Serve with your choice of Pulav/Biryani.
– You can substitute Pepper Powder with finely chopped Green Chillies.
– Also, we can season the raitha by heating 1/2 Tsp oil in a pan, adding 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds and spluttering them along with some curry leaves.
– You can even just dry splutter the Mustard seeds in a pan and add to the raitha if you want to minus the oil. The taste doesn’t change.
– I have not added that as I like to keep the raitha simple and without oil.
