My mom used to make pakoda’s when ever it would rain heavily in Bangalore. I make it when quite often as it hardly takes times.
– In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients except oil.
– Add small amounts of water and make into a dough.
– Heat oil in a deep fry pan on medium heat.
– Drop small portions of the mixture into the oil and cook them till golden brown.
– Serve hot with tomato sauce along with evening tea.
