– Heat oil in a kadai/wok
– Add onion and sauté till slight brown.
– Add capsicum along with the powders (Turmeric, Red Chilli and Garam Masala) and salt. Sauté on high flame for a minute.
– Add in the tomatoes and cook on medium flame till rawness of the tomato goes.
– Add Paneer pieces and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
– Serve hot with Roti/chapattis.
