Easy Paneer Capsicum Curry

2-3 Servings ~ 20-25 minutes
  • 250 Grams Paneer - Cut to cubes
  • 3 Medium Onions - Chopped
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes - Chopped/Pureed
  • 1 Big Capsicum - Chopped
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Easy Paneer Capsicum Curry

Method:

– Heat oil in a kadai/wok
– Add onion and sauté till slight brown.
– Add capsicum along with the powders (Turmeric, Red Chilli and Garam Masala) and salt. Sauté on high flame for a minute.
– Add in the tomatoes and cook on medium flame till rawness of the tomato goes.
– Add Paneer pieces and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
– Serve hot with Roti/chapattis.
