Try this healthy, fast and time saving dish as Breakfast or Snack. Great to pack when going for Picnics. This is a time saver breakfast idea for those who don’t eat egg and yet want to try something different with Bread.
– In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for oil and bread slices into a thick batter.
– Heat a tawa/skillet on medium flame. Place the bread and spread the batter on the above side with a spoon. Reduce flame to low.
– Flip and add some oil /butter and toast till golden brown.
– Now spread the batter on the other side as well when the bread is getting toasted.
– Gently flip and toast the other side too adding oil/butter.
– Serve hot as a breakfast or snack with Mint chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
