Dry Soya Peas

2 Servings ~ 15 minutes
  • 10-15 Soya Chunks / Meal maker (Boiled-drained & chopped)
  • 200 gms Green Peas
  • 2 Tomatoes - Chopped
  • 2 Onions - Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Garlic - Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Ginger - Chopped
  • 2 Green chillies - Chopped
  • 1 Tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Soya Chunks with Green Peas

Thanks Diny Regi for this Healthy delicious and easy recipe.

Method:

– Heat oil in a pan. Add and sauté Onion for a minute.
– Add ginger, garlic & tomatoes. Fry till tomatoes are soft.
– Now add green chillies, coriander, turmeric, red chilly powders. Mix well.
– Add soya chunks into it. Sauté it well for a few minutes.
– Add water & salt.
– Lower the flame; add green peas & garam masala.
– Close the lid & leave it for 10-12 minutes.
– Mix well & serve it hot with butter Roti.
