– Heat oil in a pan. Add and sauté Onion for a minute.
– Add ginger, garlic & tomatoes. Fry till tomatoes are soft.
– Now add green chillies, coriander, turmeric, red chilly powders. Mix well.
– Add soya chunks into it. Sauté it well for a few minutes.
– Add water & salt.
– Lower the flame; add green peas & garam masala.
– Close the lid & leave it for 10-12 minutes.
– Mix well & serve it hot with butter Roti.
