This is delicious Starter that can be cooked at home for your loved ones.
In a pressure cooker add Pork, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, salt to taste and 1/4 cup water. Cook this for 15 minutes in simmer after 1st whistle. Then Switch off.
Once the pressure is released remove all the cooked pork pieces into a bowl and discard the water.
In a kadai, heat oil and fry a few curry leaves. Keep aside for garnish.
Now to the same oil add clove, cinnamon, fenugreek, unpeeled garlic, grated coconut and fry in low flame till coconut is brown in colour.
Make a powder as fine as possible of the fried ingredients without using water.
Heat a kadai and add the pork pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
Add the powdered coconut and mix well.
Cover and cook till the pork is coffee brown in colour stirring occasionally.
Garnish with a few fried curry leaves.
