Simple French Toast/Bombay Toast

This is a very easy and healthy breakfast and ideal for bachelors and also for working mom’s who want to get all the nutrition.


4 Slices of Sweet Bread
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tsp

– Beat the eggs in a bowl. Then mix in the milk and sugar, so that the sugar dissolves.
– Heat a non-stick tawa on medium flame.
– Dip each bread slice in the Egg-Milk mixture, remove and place on the hot tawa. Roast both sides till slight golden brown colour on low flame. Serve.
