It’s a dosa made with the soya milk and wheat flour to make up for your vitamin A and calcium requirement.
1 cup soya milk
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 green chillies (Finely Chopped)
1/2 cup onions (Finely Chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (Finely Chopped)
1/4 tsp fruit salt
salt to taste
1 ½ tsp Oil
-Make a thin batter using the soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onions, coriander, fruit salt, salt and water. Mix well.
-Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter on the non-stick pan and spread it evenly using a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
-Cook on both sides using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
-Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
