Try this tasty dish which can be had either as a healthy breakfast or a tea-time snack.
Pasta 1cup(boiled in water with 1 tsp of olive oil)
Capsicum 1cup(yellow,red & green-sliced)
Green chilly 1 chopped
Garlic 4 chopped
Ginger 1 small piece,chopped
Coriander leaves few,chopped
Turmeric powder a pinch
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Jeera 1 tbsp
Tomato 1 medium,chopped
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
-Keep a pan on flame & pour olive oil.
-Add jeera,garlic,ginger & green chilly.
-Add onion,salt & turmeric powder.Saute well.
-Now,add capsicum,pepper powder,coriander powder & garam masala.Mix well for few minutes.
-Add tomato & pour a bit water.Leave it for boil so that water will get evaporated.
-Add tomato ketchup & soya sauce.Mix well.
-Add boiled chickpea & pasta.Keep stiring till the water evaporates completely.
-Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
