Dal fry ‘Dabha Style’

Green Gram   2 Cup
Channa Dal    1 Cup
Ginger    1 inch (Thin strips)
Garlic    10-12 Pods
Onion    1 Medium (finely Chopped)
Red Chillies Powder   1 tsp
Tomato    1 Medium (Finely chopped)
Dry Methi Leaves   2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Oil    3 tsp
Coriander leaves   2 Tbsp
Pressure cook Green gram, Channa Dal, ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a kadai, add the onions and fry till translucent.
Add the red chillies powder, salt and tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are done.
Add the dry methi leaves and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked grams and cook for a minute. Remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapattis.
