Cauliflower & green peas gravy:Mrs.Dity Paul

Ingredients:

Cauliflower                       10 florets
Green peas                        1 cup
Turmeric powder            1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
Jeera                                   1 tbsp
Curry leaves                    a few
Ginger                                1 tsp,chopped
Garlic                                  1 tsp,chopped
Green chillies                   2,finely chopped
Onion                                    1,sliced
Tomato sauce                   1 tbsp
Soya sauce                        1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder         1 tsp
Chilly powder                 1 tsp
Garam Masala               1/2 tbsp
Pepper                                1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves           for garnish,chopped

Method:

-Take a cooker,add cauliflower,green peas,salt,turmeric & little water.Close the lid & leave it for 1 whistle.
-Take a pan & pour oil.Add jeera,mustard seeds,curry leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies.When it will become brown,add sliced onions.Let it become brown too.
-Add tomato sauce & soya sauce.
-Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,garam masala powder & pepper.Mix well.
-Now add cauliflower & chopped coriander leaves for garnish.

  1. Something which my family loves. We love both green peas and cauliflower. This is a great curry with these two veggies.
