Brinjal 2 medium,cut into 2cm thin length
Small onion 6
Garlic pods 8
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Curry leave few
-Take a pan,pour oil.Fry the brinjal & keep aside.
-Add curry leaves,crushed garlic & onion.Mix well.
-Add the fried brinjal & salt.
-Mix well & have as a sidedish with rice.
