Onion 1 Medium (Finely chopped)
Green Chillies 3-4 (finely chopped)
Curry Leaves 6-8 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves 2-3 Tbsp (finely chopped)
Mustard Seeds ½ Tsp
Turmeric A pinch
Channa Dal 1 Tsp
Urad Dal 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 Tbsp
Make pieces of the bread slices and powder them in a mixer. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai/wok, add mustard and allow splutter. Then add in the channa dal and urad dal and stir fry till they are slightly brown. Now add in the onion, green chillies, curry leaves and turmeric and stir fry till onion is translucent. Add salt and mix well. Add in the bread powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot as a snack with or without tomato sauce.
