Stuffed bread with egg toast

Ingredients:

Bread                4 slices
Jam                    4 spn
Cashewnuts       6 tbspn,chopped
Egg                      3
Butter                 For shallow fry

Method:

-Take bread & apply jam on both the sides.
-Keep cahewnuts on the below bread & close it with another bread from top.
-Press it & dip it in egg from all the sides.
-Take a pan,spread butter on it & keep the bread on it.
-Make sure that you will do a shallow fry from all the sides.
-Cut it into four pieces which will be easy to have.
