Capsicum-Potato-Peas Curry

2 Servings ~ 15 minutes
  • 1 Big Capsicum - Diced
  • 1 Big Potato - Cubed to capsicum size & boiled
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled Fresh Peas
  • 1 Big Onion -Cut & boiled
  • 1 STsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Capsicum Potato Peas Curry

Method:

-Grind Onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder & garam masala into fine paste.
-Heat oil in a wok/kadai. Add Capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Add the grinded paste and cook till oil seperates.
-Now add in salt, potatoes & peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with coriander and serve with Chapattis/Phulkas.
