-Grind Onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder & garam masala into fine paste.
-Heat oil in a wok/kadai. Add Capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Add the grinded paste and cook till oil seperates.
-Now add in salt, potatoes & peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with coriander and serve with Chapattis/Phulkas.
