3 cups of chopped spinach
2 tbsp chana dal
100 gms chopped mixed boiled vegetables
1 inch piece of ginger,minced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
-Soak the dal in water for 3 hrs.Drain.
-Heat the oil & fry the onion for 3 minutes.
-Add the vegetables & tomato & fry again for 3 minutes.
-Add the ginger,turmeric,coriander & chilli powder & salt & mix well.
-Add the soaked dal & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add the spinach & cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
-Take it into a serving bowl & serve hot.
