1 cup of cooked basmati rice
2 tsp of chopped tomatoes
1 chopped carrot,blenched
3-4 tsp of chopped bell peppers
1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
3-4 tsp of chopped cauliflower,blenched
2 tsp of chopped mushrooms
1 small onion,chopped
1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes
a pinch of oregano
1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
2 tbsp of oil
salt,to taste


-Heat oil in a pan.
-Saute garlic & onion.Saute till the onion is translucent.
-Add bell peppers,cauliflower,carrot,mushrooms & tomatoes & mix well.
-Once its cooked,add rice & mix well.
-Add salt,black pepper powder & red chilli flakes.
-Sprinkle oregano & red chilli flakes & serve hot.
