Leftover Idly 10-15
Onion 2 Medium (Diced)
Garlic 10-12 (Finely Chopped)
Ginger 1/2″ (Finely Chopped)
Green Chillies 2-3 (Slit to halves)
Tomato Sauce 3 Tbsp
Chilly Sauce 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp
Oil 4 Tsp (2+2)
Salt to taste
Coriander for Garnish (Finely Chopped)
-Cut the left-over Idly’s into cubes.
-Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok/kadai and add the idly’s.
-Fry them till crisp and slight golden brown on all sides. Keep this aside.
-Heat the rest of the oil in the same wok/kadai.
-Add in ginger, garlic & green chillies and fry for a minute.
-Then add the diced onion and fry till onion is translucent.
-Add in salt and all the sauces one by one, mix well.
-Now add the fried Idly’s and mix well on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
