3 tbsp of Oil
1/2 spn of mustard seeds
2 onions,chopped
1 tomato,chopped
1/2 spn turmeric powder
1/2 spn of jeera powder
1 spn of coriander powder
1 spn of ginger paste
1/2 spn of garlic paste
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of potato,cubed
1/2 cup of carrot,cubed
1/2 cup of cauliflower,florets
1/2 cup of beans,chopped
3 green chillies,chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 spn of sugar
Few strings of curry leaves
2 spns of grated coconut
1 tbsp of coriander leaves,finely chopped.


-Take a pan & pour oil.
-Add mustard seeds & few curry leaves.
-Add onions & saute them.
-Add tomatoes,turmeric powder,jeera powder,coriander powder & ginger-garlic paste.
-Mix well & add water.
-Add coconut milk & leave it to boil.
-Add all vegetables,green chillies,salt,sugar & curry leaves.Mix well.
-Finally add grated coconut & coriander leaves for garnish.
