Moru Curry


White pumpkin       5-8 dices
Green chillies             3
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder        a pinch
Grated coconut             1/2 cup
Onion                             1 diced
Pepper  powder           1/2 tspn
Jeera                               2 tbspn
Garlic                              4 cloves
Curd                               1/2 cup
Mustard seeds              1 spn
Curry leaves                 10
Red chilly                         1
Water                               1 1/2 cups

1.Take a cooker.Add white pumpkin,2 slited green chillies,salt & turmeric.Leave it for 1 whistle.
2.Take a mixy jar.Add coconut,onion,green chilly,garlic,salt,bit water,pepper powder & jeera.Blend it well.
3.Open the lid of the cooker,switch on the stove & keep it on a low flame.
4.Add all the ingredients into it & leave it for boil.
5.Add curd & mix well.
6.Take a pan,pour oil,add mustard seeds,curry leaves & red chilly.Add this tempering into cooker & switch off it.
7.Serve it with rice.
