2 cups of sour yogurt
1/4 cup of besan
salt to taste
1 tbsp of ghee or oil
1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1/4 tsp of mustard seeds
6-8 curry leaves
a pinch of hing
2 kashmiri chillies
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves
-Whisk yogurt & besan well.Stir in 4 cups of water & salt.
-Put ghee into a pan,add fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,whole kashmiri chillies & hing.
-Add yogurt mixture,mix well & cook for 4 minutes,stirring a couple of times.
-Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with steamed rice.
