Spinach Cutlets

*Ingredients:

>1 cup finely chopped spinach
>1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
>1 1/2 cups boiled & mashed potatoes
>1 tbspn of rice powder
>3 green chillies ground into paste
>1 tsp ginger paste
>1 tsp garlic paste
>1 tsp garam masala
>pinch of chaat masala
>1 chopped onion
>oil
>salt
>rava/sooji
>cashews.

*Method:

-Mix all ingredients except rava/sooji.
-Make into a ball shape & press it to form in a cutlet shape.
-Keep a small piece of cashew in the middle.
-Roll the cutlets in sooji/rava.
-Spread some oil on a tawa & shallow fry.
-Serve hot with spicy mint chutney.
