Curd rice is normally the combination of curd with rice.It will be simple in that way but very good for stomach & especially at the summer time.But you can make a simple dish more special which will attract the kids to love it.
1.Rice 1 cup
3.Groundnuts 2 tbspns
4.Toor dal 1 spn
5.Mustard seeds 2 spns
6.Dry red chilly 1
8.Ginger small piece,finely chopped
9.Garlic 4 cloves,chopped
10.Onion 1 chopped
11.Green chillies 2 chopped
12.Carrot 1 small,grated
14.Curd 2 bowls
-Boil the rice & keep it in a bowl.
-Take a pan,pour oil,fry groundnuts & toor dal.Keep aside.
-Add mustard seeds,dry red chilly & curry leaves into it.
-When it will crackle,add chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies,onions & grated carrot.Add salt & mix it well.
-Now add this whole ingredients in that bowl along with rice.
-Add curd & mix it well.
-Have it with pickle.
