>200gms mushrooms-each cut into 4
>1/2 cup green peas-frozen or boiled
>1/4 cup cashewnuts
>1/2 cup curd
>3 tbsp oil
>1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
>2 onions-ground to paste
>1/2 tsp jeera
>1 tsp salt
>1/2 tsp red chilly powder
>1/4 tsp turmeric powder
>1/2 tsp garam masala
>seeds of 2 cardamom-crushed together.
-Grind cashews & curd to paste.
-Puree tomatoes & keep aside.
-Take a pan,pour oil,jeera,onion paste,ginger-garlic paste,salt & turmeric powder.
-Mix it well till onions will become brown.
-Add red chilly powder & garam masala.Mix well for 5 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes & cook it for 4 minutes.
-Add 1 cup of water & mushrooms.Cover it & leave it for 5 minutes.
-Add green peas,crushed cloves & cardamom.
-Add cashew-curd paste.Mix it well & cook it for 3 minutes.
-Shabnam curry is ready to serve.
