Semiya is liked by all.But many people have had it in a form of sweet. Semiya upma is one among the best snacks in the evening. It is even healthy as it contains all vegetables too.
-Take the roasted semiya & boil it in water.
-Take a pan,pour oil,add mustard seeds,jeera,chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies,onions,beans,capsicum,carrot & green peas into it.
-Add salt & turmeric.
-Now add garam masala,chilly powder & coriander powder into it.
-Mix it well & then add chopped coriander leaves.
