1.Toor dal 1 cup

7.Ladies finger 1 in 4 pieces,fried
8.White pumpkin few dices
9.Drumstick 4-6 pieces

-Take a bowl of water & add toor dal into & keep aside for 10 minutes.
-Then,take a cooker add dal which has been soaked in water,green chillies,tomatos,turmeric & salt.Leave it for two whistles.
-when air will be released from the cooker,then add diced brinjal,fried ladies finger,white pumpkin,drumstick & carrot.Close the lid & keep it for 1 whistle.
-Take a pan.Pour oil,mustard seeds,fully dry red chillies,curry leaves.
-Add jeera,sliced onions,ginger-garlic paste,salt,red chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala & mix it well.
-Now add the dal mixture into this pan from cooker.
-When it will come to boil,add Asafoetida powder(L.G) & sambar masala.
-Mix it well & garnish it with curry leaves.
