Raajma Gravy


2.Raajma                1 cup
5.Jeera                           2 spns
6.Onion paste                1 bowl
7.Green chillies             2 chopped
8. Turmeric                    1/2 spn
9.Red chilly powder      2 spns
10. Coriander powder    3 spns
11.Tomato puree              1 bowl
12.Garam masala             1 spn
13. Coriander leaves        2 tbspn


-Take a bowl of water,put raajma & keep overnight.Remove water & put the raajma in cooker.
-Pour water & salt.Close the lid & leave it for 20minutes.
-Take a pan,pour oil,add jeera,onion paste,chopped green chillies,salt & a pich of turmeric.
-Mix it untill onion changes to golden brown.Keep it aside inside the pan itself.
-Now pour oil,red chilly,coriander powder,tomato puree & 1 glass of water.Mix it so well till it leaves the raw smell.
-After that mix all together,add garam masala & boiled rajma into it.
-Finally add chopped coriander.
-Have it with rotis,naan or puris.
