Pudina Pulao

* Ingredients:

1.Cumin seeds           2 spns
2.Coriander seeds    2 spns
3.Black peeper seeds 2 spns
4.Cloves                     5
5.Cinnamon            2 sticks
6.Cardamom           3
7.Ghee                     1 spn
8.Cashewnuts         5
9. Kishmis               10
10.Bay leaf               2
11.Carrot                  1 medium chopped
12.Beans                  4 medium chopped
13.Capsicum           1 medium chopped
14.Greean peas       1 small bowl
15.Salt
16.Basmati rice       1 cup
17.Water                   2 cups
18.Pudina syrup      1 cup

*Method:

-Roast spices(cumin seeds,coriander seeds,black pepper,cloves,cinnamon & cardamom) on a tawa untill you can smell the aroma of the spices.Now mix it all in the mixy & keep aside.
-Keep cooker on stove.
-Pour ghee,add cashewnuts,kishmis & bay leaf into it.
-Add carrot,beans,capsicum & green peas into it.
-Add salt to taste & mix all well.
-Now add basmati rice which has been drained after being soaked in water & powdered spices.
-Now pour water,pudina syrup(take the pudina leaves from it’s stem,wash the pudina leaves,put it into mixy jar,pour bit water & mix it well) ,taste the salt & close the lid.
-Leave it for 1 whistle.
-Pudina pulao is ready to serve.
