1.Poha 1 cup
3.Groundnuts 2 tbspns
4.Saunf 1 tbspn
5.Onion 1 chopped
6.Green chillies 2 chopped
8.Turmeric a pinch
9.Red chilly powder 1/4th spn
10.Sugar a pinch
12.Coriander leaves for garnish
-Take poha/aval,wash it in water & remove the water from it.
-Take a pan,pour oil,fry groundnuts & keep aside.
-Add saunf,chopped onions & green chillies.
-Add salt,turmeric,red chilly powder & pinch of sugar.
-Mix it well so that onions will become soft.
-Now add soaked poha/aval & half lemon syrup.Mix it well & garnish it with chopped onions & coriander leaves.
