Paneer Vegetable Pulao

Vegetables are really good for health.It’s really healthy when you can add vegetables & paneer in your dish. Here, Iam introducing you all with a new form of pulao which is yummy!!


1.Basmati Rice           2  Cups
2.Chopped vegetables  1 cup
3.Water                         4 1/2 cups
4. Salt
6.Saunf                     1/2 spn
7. Bay leaf                 2 medium
8.Cloves                   3-5
9.Cinnamon           2
10. Cardamom       3
11.Cashewmuts      8
12.Kishmis              10
13.Paneer               10 dices
14.Water                4 cups


-Keep cooker on stove.
-Pour ghee,add cashewnuts,kishmis,clove,b​ay leaf & cinnamon & jeera into it.
-Add chopped carrot,beans,capsicum & green peas into it.
-Add salt to taste & mix all well.
-Now add basmati rice which has been drained after being soaked in water.Mix it well.
-Now pour water,taste the salt & close the lid.Leave it for 1 whistle.
-Now dice the paneer & do a shallow fry.
-Take the pulao in a serving bowl,add fried paneer & mix it well.
