Onion Masala


2.Jeera                          1 spn
3. Onions                      2 sliced
4.Green chillies           2 slited
5.Red chilly powder    1 spn
6.Coriander powder    2 spns
7.Tomatoes                   1 sliced
8.Water                         1/2 glass
9.Coriander leaves      for garnish


-Take a pan.Pour oil.
-Add jeera,sliced onions & slited green chillies.
-Add salt so that onions will become soft soon.
-Keep stiring untill it becomes golden brown.
-Keep it aside inside the pan itself.
-Pour oil,add red chilly powder & coriander powder.
-Then add sliced tomatoes & pour  water.
-Leave it for 20 minutes & keep stiring the tomatoes in between.
-Garnish it with coriander leaves.
