It is fiber-rich made with quick cooking oats and can be enhanced with veggies of your choice. This is a truly filling breakfast that will keep you going till lunch time.
-Roast the oats in a pan without oil for about 3 minutes & keep it aside.
-Heat some oil in the pan & add chana dal,mustard seeds,green chillies,dry red chillies & fry for sometime till the dal turns golden brown.
-Now add sliced onions,ginger & curry leaves.
-Saute the onions till they are tender and add salt.
-Add water & allow it to boil for sometime & then add the roasted oats.
-Keep stirring till all the water is absorbed & oats are throughly cooked & serve hot.
