1.Oil 1 tbspn
2.Garlic 1 tbspn chopped
3.Pepper powder 2 tbspn
4. Mutton 300 gms
6.Tomatoes 3(boiled & skin removed)
7.Water 2 cups
8.Basmati Rice 1 1/2 cups
-Keep a cooker,pour oil,chopped garlic,pepper powder,add washed mutton pieces,salt,tomatoes & mix it well.
-Add 2 cups of water.close the lid & leave it for 1 whistle on medium flame & then keep it in sim & leave it for 3 more whistles.When the air will be released completely,then open the lid & add 1 1/2 cups of basmati rice which has been washed & fried in oil.Add kishmis which is not fried into cooker.Close the lid & leave it for 1 whistle.Serve hot with onion raita.
