1.Green gram dal 1 cup
5.Jeera 2 spns
6.Bay leaf 1
7. Cinnamon 1 medium stick
8.Onion 1 chopped
9. Green chillies 2 chopped
10.Garlic 4 cloves chopped
11.Turmeric powder 1/2 spn
12.Red chilly powder 1 spn
13.Coriander powder 2 spns
14.Tomato 1 chopped
15.Garam masala 1 spn
16.Coriander leaves for garnish
-Wash green gram dal & put it in cooker with 1/2 glass of water & salt.Keep it for 3 whistles.
-Take a pan,pour oil.
-Add jeera,bay leaf & cinnamon into it.
-Add chopped onions,green chilly,garlic,salt & a pinch of turmeric.
-When the onions will become soft,keep it aside inside the pan itself.
-Pour 1 spn of oil,add red chilly powder & coriander powder & chopped tomatoes.
-Pour bit water & close the lid so that tomato will leave it’s raw smell soon.
-Now mix everythng together,add garam masala & boiled green gram into it & again give a stir.
-Garnish it with coriander leaves.
