Chicken is a favourite non-veg for almost all non-vegeterians.Chicken can be prepared in a plenty of ways.Here is one form of chicken curry which you can prepare for any special occassions at your home & can impress your guests.

4.Turmeric powder 1 spn
5.Coriander powder 3 spns
6.Chilly powder 2 tbspns
7.Curd 1 tbspn
8.Vinegar 1/2 spn
9.Lemon syrup 1 spn
11.Jeera 3 spns
14.Bay leaf 2
15.Cinnamon 2 sticks
17.Onion 4 diced+1 sliced
18.Green chillies 3 slited
19.Ginger-garlic paste 2 spns
20.Garam masala 2 spns
21.Chicken masala 1 tbspn
23.Coriander leaves for garnish
-Wash & clean the chicken.
-Add salt,soya sauce,turmeric,coriander powder,chilly powder,curd,venegar & lemon syrup.Keep it in freezer for 15 minutes.
-Keep cooker,pour oil,jeera,cashewnuts,kishmis,bay leaf,clove,cinnamon,diced onion,slited green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt & turmeric.
-Mix it all well untill onion become little brown in color.
-Add chilly powder,coriander powder,garam masala,chicken masala & chicken into it.Pour half glass of water.
-Give a nice stir.Close the lid & leave it for 2-3 whistles.
-Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
