1.Chicken 200 gms boneless
2.Red chilly powder 2 spns
3.Turmeric powder 1/2 spn
4.Coriander powder 2 spns
5.Ginger-garlic paste 2 spns
6.Lemon syrup 1/2 spn
9.Gram flour 2 tbspn
10.Rice powder 4 tbspn
11.Cornflour powder 1 tbspn
12. Garam masala 1 spn
-Cut boneless chicken into thin lengthy slices & put it into a bowl.
-Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger-garlic paste,lemon syrup,salt & olive oil.Marennete it well & keep it in freezer for 15minutes.
-Take another bowl,add 2 tbspn gram flour/besan,4 tbspn rice powder,1 tbspn cornflour powder,red chilly powder,garam masala & salt.
-Pour cold water in such a way that it will become a medium thick batter.
-Take the chicken bowl,pour the batter in it.Mix well.
-Keep a pan with oil & start frying the chicken slices one by one.
-Have it hot.
