Brinjal Curry

Brinjal curry is a simple & really good  to have it with puris or parantas.Usually people don’t like brinjal that much.But just try this & let me know if you have really liked it.
*Ingredients:
1.Brinjal                   4
2.Water
3.Salt
4.Oil
5.Jeera                          2 spns
6.Onion                        2 chopped
7.Green Chillies          2 chopped
8.Garlic                         6 cloves
9.Turmeric powder     a pinch
10.Ginger paste            1 spn
11.Red chilly powder    1 spn
12.Coriander powder    2 spns
13.Tomato                       1 chopped
14.Garam masala           1 spn
15.Coriander leaves       foe garnish
*Method:
-Cut the brinjal into small peices & put it in a cooker.Pour water & add salt.Leave it for 2 whistles.
-Take a pan,pour oil,add jeera,chopped onion,garlic & green chillies.
-Add salt,a pinch of turmeric powder & ginger paste.Mix it well untill onions becomes soft.Then keep it aside inside the pan itself.
-Pour  oil again,add red chilly powder & coriander powder.
-Add chopped tomatoes into it.Cook it well till leaves the raw smell.
-Add garam masala.Mix all well & add boiled brinjal into it.
-Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
