1.Black chana 1 cup
5.Jeera 1 spn
6.Garlic 5 cloves crushed
8.Green chillies 2 chopped
9.Red chilly powder 2 spns
10.Coconut 2 tbspns grated
11.Tomato 1 diced
12.Garam masala 1/2 tbspn
13.Coriander leaves for garnish
-Take a bowl filled with water.
-Add 1 cup of black chana into it & keep overnight.
-Now take a cooker,add chana,water & salt.Close the lid & leave it for 20 minutes.
-Take a pan,pour oil,jeera,crushed garlic & curry leaves,chopped onions & green chilly,red chilly powder,grated coconut.
-When onions will be cooked then add diced tomato & garam masala.
-Now add the boiled chanas into it.Mix it well & garnish it with coriander leaves.
