1.Jaggery 200 gms
2.Water 1 glass
4.Rice powder 1 tbsp
–Take a steel vessel.
-Add 200gms of jaggery & pour 1 glass of water.
-Keep it on stove till jaggery completely dissolves in water.Leave it to become cool.
-Take another vessel,filter the jaggery water into it,add maida & 1 tbspn rice powder.
-Mix it well that it will form a thick batter.
-Cut the bannana in half then in three lengthwise pieces each.
-Keep the pan with oil.Dip the bannana pieces in the batter & do a deep fry.
