Aalu ke parante

Ingredients:

1.Potato                2
2.Oil
3.Saunf                1 tspn
4.Onion               1 chopped
5.Green chillies      2 chopped
6.Salt
7.Turmeric powder    a pinch
8.Red chilly powder    1 tbspn
9.Garam masala           1/2 tbsp
10.Coriander powder   1/2 spn
11.Chat masala               1/2 spn
12.Wheat flour dough
13.Ghee

Method:

-Boil potato in cooker.
-Take a pan.Pour oil,saunf,chopped onions & green chillies.
-Add salt,turmeric,red chilly powder,garam masala,coriander powder & chat masala.Mix it well.
-Add smashed potato into it & give a good stir.
-Now make a roti,keep the potato mixture in middle of the roti & cover that potato with help of sides of the roti.
-Then again spread it & make it in round shape.
-Put it on roti tawa,apply ghee on that.
-Serve it with curd which includes salt & red chilly powder or with pickle.
